Abstract :
About 90% of students exhibit certain symptoms of depression, and if the intensity of these depressive symptoms in students is considerable, they require specialized assistance, as the manifestations of depression can lead to numerous problems and challenges in their lives. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of acceptance and Commitment therapy on emotional dysregulation in depressed students.
