The effect of knowledge management and transformational leadership on the success of employee communication management

Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of knowledge management and transformational leadership on the success of employee information management (Arian Ghaemshahr company case study). This research is a field data collection method based on a practical and correlational method based on non-technical implementation. The statistical population of this study is 600 employees working in Arian Ghaemshahr company, and 234 people were randomly selected as a sample based on Morgan’s table. The results of the study showed that knowledge management and transformational leadership influenced the success of industrial relations management in Arian Ghaemshahr Company.
